EUGENE, OR (KSNT) KU alumnus Bryce Hoppel finished third in the Men’s 800m final round, qualifying him for the Tokyo Olympics. Bryce Hoppel gave the American record a scare in the men’s 800 to close out the second meet in the 2021 American Track. Hoppel qualified for the World Athletics Track & Field Championships by winning the USA Track & Field outdoor championship in June.
